We’re honored to partner with you and help find new homes for your special pieces. Below is an overview of how consignment with Eternal works.

By consigning with Eternal, you agree to the terms outlined below.

At Eternal, we curate a clean, European-inspired edit focused on modern tailoring, elevated neutrals, and timeless luxury.

We accept new or gently worn pieces that align with our aesthetic and reflect exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

We are currently prioritizing:

• Designer and contemporary brands
• Structured silhouettes and refined tailoring
• Elevated wardrobe staples and transitional pieces
• Luxury handbags, fine jewelry, and statement accessories

To maintain a cohesive edit, we are not currently accepting:

• Bold prints or heavily patterned pieces
• Ruffle-heavy or overly feminine styles
• Fast fashion brands
• Outdated or trend-driven items

As a small boutique, we are highly selective and reserve the right to decline items that do not align with Eternal’s aesthetic or current inventory needs.

All items must be clean, damage-free, and ready to wear.

All accepted items are consigned for a 60-day period, beginning on the date of intake.

During this time, Eternal retains exclusive rights to:

• Merchandise placement
• Pricing strategy
• Promotion and sale, both in-store and online
  

To reflect market demand and support sell-through, pricing follows this automatic schedule:

• After 30 days: 15% markdown
  
• After 45 days: 25% markdown
  

On select occasions, Eternal may host a private shopping event or curated promotional moment. During these limited events, items may receive an additional 10% discount.

All pricing adjustments are automatic and non-negotiable once items are accepted into consignment.

At the conclusion of the 60-day consignment period, consignors have 7 calendar days to retrieve any unsold items.

Items not picked up within this window will be donated to Dress for Success Charlotte, supporting women in our local community.

Due to space limitations, Eternal cannot store items beyond this timeframe, and extensions are not available.

Eternal operates on a transparent commission structure designed to reflect category value and the level of care required to sell each item.

50% Consignor / 50% Eternal

65% Consignor / 35% Eternal

Applies to:

• Luxury handbags
  
• Luxury accessories
  
• Fine jewelry
  

Commission is calculated based on the final selling price, inclusive of any markdowns or promotional discounts.

All commission rates are confirmed at intake and are non-negotiable once items are accepted.

Payouts are issued once monthly, during the week of the 15th–20th, after:

• An item has sold
  
• The applicable return period has passed
  

Available payout methods include:

• Zelle
  
• PayPal (coming soon)
  
• Store credit
  

Store credit is issued through Circle-Hand and may be used for any in-store or online purchase at Eternal. Store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.

Consignors are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Eternal is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Eternal takes great care of all consigned items. However, consignors acknowledge that consignment involves inherent risk.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage, Eternal’s liability is limited to the consignor’s expected share of the listed price. Eternal is not responsible for normal wear, minor imperfections, or changes that may occur during handling, fitting, or display.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of consignment inventory:

• All sales are final
  
• Holds are not offered
